Stainless steel fittings
We use only stainless steel of higher quality classes in our company. All our fittings can be ordered with the well-known papers like the 3.1 certificate. All our suppliers are regularly checked for quality, quantity and availability. We can deliver up to 100'000 components in a timely manner upon customer request. It is possible to have semi-finished products manufactured by us according to customer drawings.
Stainless steel connections
Since many valves and also larger pipelines are connected with flanges, we have included a certain selection of pre-welding flanges and blind flanges in various standards in our program and developed a special flange. It is based on the DIN1092-1 standard. The bolting and pipe connection dimensions are identical. For the gasket, we use a milk pipe gasket with collar, so as to obtain a hygienic connection. It can be coupled with any flange valve or other flange element to obtain a hygienic connection.
Tri-Clamp
The Tri Clamp (DIN 32676) connection can be released quickly and easily by hand. The elements are used in all places where it is necessary to be able to disassemble something quickly or where flexibility is required for the connection of different parts. We have all common dimensions in stock in larger quantities. Gaskets in different types like Viton, Silicone, EPDM or PTFE can also be supplied. It is possible to purchase special sizes up to DN 200 directly from stock.
Clamp seals
Tri Clamp is used in various fields of medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage industries. The clamp seal can be used as filtration of various media. It can also be installed as a system protection in front of valves, pumps or other difficult elements. The gasket can be ordered with different passage sieve sizes (100 - 2000micro).
