Tri-Clamp for detachable pipe connections

Clamp ferrules connect pipes and process components using a clamp and a suitable gasket. The connection can be dismantled quickly, for example for maintenance or component replacement.

Materials, dimensions and gaskets

AZ Fittings supplies clamp ferrules in stainless steel grades 1.4301 and 1.4404, in different lengths and dimensions. The range includes Tri-Clamp connections to DIN 32676 and special sizes up to DN 200. Depending on the application, gasket materials include EPDM, silicone, Viton and PTFE. Confirm the material, standard and connection dimensions for the specific component.

Documentation and traceability

Laser marking allows identification with part numbers, material details or customer-specific information. Request the required material certificates and other documents when ordering. This does not establish that every component is suitable for every medium.

Custom dimensions and clamp screens

Clamp ferrules, gaskets and screens can be requested for special requirements. For selection, we need connection dimensions, medium, temperature, material and quantity. For screens, specify the mesh size and required screen material as well.
